Freight Technologies launches AI proof-of-delivery tool for Fleet Rocket
Freight Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: FRGT) announced the launch of AI POD Validation, a new artificial intelligence module within its Fleet Rocket Transportation Management System that automatically reads and verifies proof-of-delivery documents.
According to a company press release, the module uses computer vision and machine learning to detect signatures and stamps, extract text through optical character recognition, and match data against shipment records. Each document receives a verdict of Approved, Review, or Rejected, along with a confidence score and supporting evidence displayed within the shipment record.
Key capabilities include multi-model signature and stamp detection, structured OCR that preserves label-to-value relationships, spatial document understanding, bilingual English and Spanish stamp interpretation, automatic document-quality checks, and explainable decision outputs.

"Every shipment ends with a piece of paper that someone has to read, compare and approve. Multiply that by thousands of shipments a month and you have one of the most repetitive, expensive and error-prone tasks in freight operations," said Javier Selgas, Chief Executive Officer of Freight Technologies. "AI POD Validation lets the software handle the mundane reading and matching, and empowers people to manage important customer and vendor relationships."
The module is available to Fleet Rocket customers under the Enterprise tier and joins existing features including the AI Tendering Bot and Zayren.ai integration. The company stated it plans to extend the document-intelligence approach to carrier invoices and bills of lading as part of its broader transition toward a software-first, SaaS-based model serving the U.S.–Mexico corridor.
