Quantum Computing Inc. to demo integrated security platform at ECOC 2026
Quantum Computing Inc. (Nasdaq: QUBT) announced it will demonstrate an integrated quantum security platform at the ECOC Exhibition 2026, scheduled for September 21–23 at FYCMA in Málaga, Spain.
The company says the demonstration, to be held at Booth #1436, will be the first live showcase of a platform combining quantum encryption and authentication in a single solution. The platform integrates quantum key distribution (QKD) with hardware-based Quantum Identity Authentication (QIA), along with key management in a telecom-compatible architecture.
QIA is based on a patented technology called "Systems and Methods for Quantum-Secured, Private-Preserving Computations," which holds patent protection in the United States and more than 40 other countries. The patent was recognized with the 44th Edison Patent Award, presented to Dr. Yuping Huang and Dr. Lac Nguyen.
At the exhibition, Quantum Computing Inc. will also display flexible quantum instrumentation and metrology tools, as well as photonics components. The company states the platform operates at room temperature and supports wavelength-multiplexed scaling across multiple nodes.

"At ECOC, we're showing what the future can look like in practice," said Yong Meng Sua, Chief Technology Officer of Quantum Computing Inc. "Our demonstrations bring together quantum authentication, quantum key distribution and the instrumentation required to develop and validate quantum systems."
Quantum Computing Inc. will also participate in the ECOC Product Focus Theatre on September 23, from 14:50 to 15:10, with a presentation titled "The Quantum Secure Solution: Quantum-authenticated communications for broad applications in security," to be delivered by Massimo Di Blasio, Director of Product Line Management and Business Development at the company.
Quantum Computing Inc. is headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey, and also has operations in Arizona, California, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Virginia. The information in this article is based on a press release issued by the company.
