Gold.com names new CFO and replaces auditor with KPMG
Gold.com, Inc. (NYSE: GOLD) announced that its board of directors appointed Jill Van as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 18, 2026, succeeding Cary Dickson, who retired on the same date after more than 11 years with the company.
Van previously served as executive vice president and controller at Gold.com, a role she held since joining the company in June 2025. She has more than 25 years of accounting and financial leadership experience, including audit partner roles at RSM US LLP and Grant Thornton LLP, as well as interim CFO at Hardesty LLC and CFO at Shew Enterprises. She is a certified public accountant.
Dickson will remain with the company as a consultant for 12 months following his retirement.

"She has already been a driving force behind our finance organization, and her decades of experience give her the technical depth to oversee our financial reporting and controls as a public company," said Greg Roberts, chief executive officer of Gold.com.
The company also announced that its audit committee approved the appointment of KPMG LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, effective Sept. 14, 2026. KPMG replaces Grant Thornton LLP. The company said additional information would be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 8-K.
