Tenet Fintech signs 6-month deal with Bin Zayed Group unit

September 18, 2026 7:39 AM

Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTCID: PKKFF) has signed a six-month framework agreement with Bin Zayed Investment (Ningbo) Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai-based conglomerate Bin Zayed Group of Companies, to use Tenet's Cubeler Business Hub platform for identifying and evaluating private equity investment opportunities.

Under the agreement, the Cubeler platform will be used to screen and analyze potential investment projects, beginning in Asia. Bin Zayed Investment will supply the capital, investment structure, and exit strategy for each selected project, with final investment decisions resting solely with that entity. The allocation of investment returns between the two parties will be determined on a case-by-case basis before each project begins.

The Bin Zayed Group was founded in 1988 by UAE royal family member Sheikh Khaled Zayed Saquer Zayed Alnahyan, who serves as its chairman. The conglomerate has business interests across construction, real estate, manufacturing, technology, financial services, and oil and gas exploration.

During the six-month term, the parties plan to establish a cooperation mechanism covering project screening, data analysis, investment due diligence, risk assessment, and post-investment management. The companies have stated they expect this process to lead to a formal long-term agreement before the framework period expires. Tenet also noted plans to expand service offerings to the Middle East in 2027 in collaboration with Bin Zayed Investment.

Separately, Tenet announced the launch of its BKeeper Portal, a white-label platform designed for accountants and bookkeepers to offer services such as forecasts, benchmarks, peer comparisons, and business valuations to small and medium-sized enterprise clients, powered by Tenet's artificial intelligence tools. The company said it plans to demonstrate BKeeper at the 2026 Ignite Conference, where it will serve as a corporate sponsor.
