Pentair adds ex-Regal Rexnord CEO Louis Pinkham to its board

Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) has appointed Louis Pinkham to its board of directors, effective September 17, 2026, according to a press release from the company. Pinkham will serve on the Audit and Finance Committee.



Pinkham most recently served as chief executive officer of Regal Rexnord Corporation and its predecessor Regal Beloit from 2019 to 2026. During that period, he led the combination of Regal Beloit and Rexnord's Process & Motion Control business to form Regal Rexnord, as well as the acquisition of Altra Industrial Motion Corp.



Prior to Regal Rexnord, Pinkham held senior leadership roles at Crane Co. and Eaton Corporation. He currently serves as lead independent director on the board of Jacobs Solutions Inc. and as a director of the University of Chicago Medical Center.



T. Michael Glenn, chairman of Pentair's board, said in the statement: "Louis brings a proven track record of leading portfolio transformation, driving operational improvement and delivering meaningful value creation in complex industrial businesses."



Pentair reported revenue of approximately $4.2 billion in 2025 and employs approximately 9,000 people serving customers in more than 150 countries.
