Zillow names Rikki Tremblay as principal accounting officer
Zillow Group (NASDAQ: Z) announced that Chief Accounting Officer Jennifer Rock will retire from her role effective September 17, 2026, and will remain with the company in an advisory capacity through March 1, 2027. The company stated her retirement was not the result of any disagreement over operations, policies, accounting practices, or financial disclosures.
Zillow's board of directors appointed Rikki Tremblay as Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer, also effective September 17, 2026. Tremblay, 41, has held various roles at Zillow since December 2014, most recently serving as Vice President of Reporting, Technical Accounting and Controls from February 2025. Before joining Zillow, she worked in audit roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP, last serving as an audit manager. She holds two bachelor's degrees from the University of Washington and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Washington state.

In connection with the appointment, Zillow's Compensation Committee approved an annual base salary of $400,000 for Tremblay. She will also receive an equity award valued at $500,000, calculated using the average closing price of Zillow's Class C capital stock over the 20 consecutive trading days prior to September 16, 2026. The award, to be granted September 18, 2026, will vest over four years in 16 equal quarterly installments and may be issued as stock options, restricted stock units, or a combination of both, subject to Tremblay's election.
