Beta Bionics closes $172.5M public stock offering on Nasdaq

Beta Bionics, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBNX) announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of common stock, raising $172.5 million in gross proceeds before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses.



The offering comprised 7,652,175 shares of common stock priced at $17.25 per share, along with pre-funded warrants to purchase 1,043,484 shares at $17.2499 per share. The underwriters exercised their option in full, purchasing an additional 1,304,348 shares of common stock.



Beta Bionics stated it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include costs associated with the commercialization of its Mint product, expansion of manufacturing facilities, research and development, clinical development, product enhancements, potential strategic opportunities, and working capital.



J.P. Morgan, Piper Sandler, Wells Fargo Securities, and Leerink Partners served as joint book-running managers for the offering. The shares were offered pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 24, 2026.
