Life Time (NYSE: LTH) reported a 9% increase in classes offered through its ARORA program in 2025 compared with 2024, according to a company press release. The program, launched in 2022, is designed for adults 55 and older and includes strength training, mobility, balance, pickleball, swimming, educational workshops and social activities.

Average class size has grown from nine to 22 participants since the program's launch. ARORA is available at most of Life Time's more than 195 locations across the U.S. and Canada.

The program offers certified personal trainers who receive specialized education in healthy aging. Social components include pickleball mixers, coffee meetups, book clubs, trivia and bingo, among other activities.

"One of the most rewarding and exciting things we're seeing through ARORA is the incredible way our members are embracing this stage of life both physically and socially," said Annie Kragness, Senior Director of Healthy Aging at Life Time.

Life Time also offers a separate limited-access membership for adults 65 and older. The company cited the AARP Longevity Economy Outlook 2026, which states that adults age 50 and older account for 56% of household consumer spending.
