Turbo Energy announces 15 C&I energy storage projects worth $3.5M

September 17, 2026 8:15 AM

Turbo Energy, S.A. (Nasdaq: TURB) announced a portfolio of 15 firm-order commercial and industrial energy storage projects across Spain and Chile, with an estimated aggregate value of approximately €3 million, or roughly $3.48 million.

The portfolio combines 15.6 MWh of storage capacity and 5.95 MW of power units. According to a company press release, two systems are already operating, three are under installation, nine are in the manufacturing stage, and one is under development. The remaining projects are expected to reach commissioning between the fourth quarter of 2026 and the first half of 2027, subject to site readiness and other project-specific conditions.

The projects span applications including solar energy time shifting, self-consumption optimization, peak-demand management, off-grid power supply, electric-vehicle charging, and grid interruption mitigation.

"Energy volatility is no longer a temporary operating issue. It is a structural risk for industrial competitiveness," said Mariano Soria, chief executive officer of Turbo Energy. "Customers are not simply looking for more battery capacity. They need an intelligent energy layer capable of coordinating generation, storage and demand around the economics of their operations."

The company noted that this portfolio is separate from its previously announced 366 MWh Pamesa Net Zero industrial deployment under a $53 million contract. The €3 million order value and 15.6 MWh capacity figures exclude the Pamesa project.

The firm-order portfolio comprises projects supported by binding purchase orders and executed supply agreements. The estimated aggregate order value does not represent revenue recognized within a single reporting period, as revenue recognition depends on contractual and execution milestones for each project.

Turbo Energy, founded in 2013 and based in Valencia, Spain, integrates battery storage, proprietary software, and energy management systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
