FirstService Residential, a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation (NASDAQ and TSX: FSV), has been selected to provide full-service property management for Holiday Sands South Ocean Front Homeowners Association, an oceanfront community in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, according to a company press release.

The agreement adds the resort-style community to FirstService Residential's managed portfolio. Holiday Sands South includes amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, children's splash decks, and an oceanfront lawn.
