Firefly Neuroscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIFF) announced a strategic collaboration with Radial to pursue integration of Firefly's FDA 510(k)-cleared Evoke™ EEG/ERP platform with RadialOS, Radial's proprietary operating system for brain medicine, according to a press release dated Sept. 17, 2026.

The planned integration would incorporate objective brain-function data into Radial's diagnostic workflow, allowing clinicians to identify treatment pathways and track patient outcomes over time. Radial operates a network of 27 clinics across seven states, supporting therapies including transcranial magnetic stimulation, medications, and other interventional approaches.

Firefly's Evoke™ platform combines quantitative electroencephalography and event-related potential testing with AI-powered analytics. The platform is designed to help clinicians identify brain-activity patterns and monitor changes over time.

Owen Muir, M.D., co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Radial, said the integration could give "clinicians actionable information at the point of care and helping more patients reach the right treatment sooner."

The collaboration follows Radial's August 2026 acquisition of the management services organization supporting Mindful Health Solutions, which expanded Radial's clinical footprint. Radial is backed by General Catalyst and claims its network treats hundreds of thousands of patients annually.
