VinFast (NASDAQ: VFS) has finalized franchise agreements for three new dealerships in Redondo Beach, Tustin, California, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, according to a company press release.

The dealerships are scheduled to begin operations in September 2026, offering sales, maintenance, warranty, and aftersales services. Customers will be able to view and receive consultation on VinFast's two electric SUV models, the VF 8 and VF 9, at these locations.

Brian Finnerty, CEO of VinFast North America, said: "These new dealerships will ensure customers can access comprehensive sales, maintenance, and warranty support right in their local communities. This is more than an expansion of our network. It is a long-term commitment by VinFast to the U.S. market as we enter our next chapter of growth."

VinFast said it continues to identify and evaluate potential partners in additional U.S. locations. The company is also expanding its Certified Pre-Owned program, which it says offers factory warranty coverage of up to 10 years.
