TCI Entertainment signs services agreement with Globant for platform work
TCI Entertainment, a technology company developing an interactive commerce platform for gaming and digital environments, has signed a Master Services Agreement with Globant (NYSE: GLOB), establishing a framework for potential development initiatives.
The agreement sets the contractual terms under which the two companies can undertake specific development projects as TCI works toward broader platform development and commercialization of its interactive commerce technology, according to a press release.
Globant is a global technology company with more than 27,400 employees across 30 countries. It reported approximately $2.5 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue as of the second quarter of 2026.

TCI holds an intellectual property portfolio that includes issued U.S. patents covering elements of its technology, which is designed to integrate commerce into games, virtual environments, and other interactive digital experiences. Law firm Greenberg Traurig assisted TCI in structuring the agreement to protect its existing patents, proprietary technology, and trade secrets.
"Executing our agreement with Globant represents an important milestone in TCI's development," said Harry McMillan, President of TCI Entertainment. "As we move toward broader platform development, we believe Globant's global technology capabilities and experience can provide an important foundation for the next stage of TCI's growth."
TCI Entertainment is based in Plantation, Fla.
