Expand Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: EXE) announced that Dan Turco will no longer serve as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Commercial, effective upon the closing of its acquisition of Twin Eagle Holdings N.A., LLC.

Turco will remain with the company in a new capacity as Executive Vice President of Commercial Activities, with a focus on LNG and gas marketing integration related to the acquisition.
