Bitdeer said it secured 100% contracted GPU capacity for its 9.5 MW A102 facility in Malaysia ahead of energization, representing more than $800 million in total expected revenue. Revenue recognition for the facility is expected to begin in Q1 2027. The company also executed a 10-year data center services agreement for an additional 65.1 MW at its A202 facility on its Johor campus, bringing total campus AI cloud capacity to 86.8 MW.

The company signed a non-binding letter of intent to develop an AI data center in Bhutan's Gelephu Mindfulness City, targeting an initial 30 MW of renewable capacity with a potential expansion to 500 MW.

Bitdeer also acquired 200 acres near its existing 563 MW Rockdale, Texas facility for potential AI and high-performance computing infrastructure development.

The company's total AI cloud pipeline stands at 206.5 MW across facilities in Malaysia, Norway, and the United States. Bitdeer said it will shift infrastructure reporting from a monthly to a quarterly cadence, aligned with financial earnings releases.
