HubSpot launches ChatGPT Ads integration and SMB bundle with OpenAI
HubSpot and OpenAI have expanded their partnership with new product integrations and a bundled offering aimed at small and midsize businesses, according to a statement from the companies.
HubSpot claims to have launched the first CRM integration for ChatGPT Ads, allowing users to build, manage, and measure advertising campaigns within the HubSpot platform. The integration connects ad targeting to CRM data and enables attribution tracking from ad spend to closed deals.
The companies also announced updates to the existing HubSpot connector for ChatGPT, which HubSpot says has seen 250% growth in weekly active users. The updated connector adds capabilities including email campaign management, landing page creation, deal analysis, and lead tracking from within ChatGPT.
HubSpot and OpenAI are jointly offering an "AI Growth Bundle" that includes HubSpot Starter and credits at up to 65% off for one year, a buy-one-get-one-free offer on ChatGPT Business seats for one year, and a $750 match on ChatGPT Ads spend for new accounts opened by September 30.

"Putting AI to work shouldn't require businesses to rebuild the way they work," said Brian Landsman, VP of Global Partnerships at OpenAI. "Connecting ChatGPT with the customer knowledge in HubSpot helps teams do more with what they already know."
Duncan Lennox, Chief Product and Technology Officer at HubSpot, said the partnership is intended to extend AI tools to smaller businesses. "We're giving every scaling business a real shot at showing up where buyers are, understanding what's working, and acting on it quickly," he said.
HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS) is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
