Myriad Genetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) announced the promotion of Vishal Sikri to Executive Vice President - Commercial, effective September 16, 2026.

Sikri had served as Senior Vice President of Product at Myriad Genetics for the past year. The company cited his background in molecular diagnostics and oncology as well as prior business and commercial leadership roles at other companies.

The appointment follows the planned departure of Brian Donnelly, who had served as Chief Commercial Officer since May 2025. Donnelly is set to leave the company on September 21, 2026.

"I want to thank Brian for his contributions to Myriad," said Sam Raha, President and CEO of Myriad Genetics. "We are excited to have Vishal lead our commercial organization."

Myriad Genetics also reaffirmed its full-year 2026 financial guidance, as previously announced during its second quarter 2026 earnings call on July 30, 2026.
