Blockfusion signs 15-year lease with CoreWeave at Niagara Falls campus
Blockfusion USA, Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, North East Data, LLC, has signed a 15-year anchor lease with CoreWeave, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWV) for capacity at its Niagara Falls, New York data center campus, along with a companion expansion agreement.
The lease includes two five-year renewal options. The agreements convert a non-binding letter of intent, announced June 30, 2026, into definitive contracts. Additional details will be filed in an amendment to a registration statement on Form S-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Blockfusion said the Niagara Falls campus was built from a decommissioned power plant and is powered predominantly by hydroelectric energy. The company said it is adapting the site for high-density, liquid-cooled AI infrastructure, with existing grid interconnection and redundant fiber infrastructure in place.

The agreements also relate to Blockfusion's proposed business combination with Blue Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: BACC). If completed, the transaction is expected to result in Blockfusion Digital Infrastructure, Inc. becoming a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "BDI." The business combination remains subject to shareholder approvals, minimum cash requirements, and other customary closing conditions.
Alex Martini-Lo Manto, Chief Executive Officer of Blockfusion, said the agreement represents "a defining milestone" for the company and its Niagara Falls campus. Niagara Falls Mayor Robert Restaino said the investment "creates opportunities for residents, businesses and future generations."
