Clear Secure, Inc. (NYSE: YOU) announced that Michael Barkin, the company's President and a member of its Board of Directors, will transition to an advisory role on October 15, 2026.

According to a press release, Barkin will also resign from the Board on the same date, in accordance with his employment agreement. The company stated that his resignation does not involve any disagreement related to the company's operations, policies, or practices.

The agreement was entered into on September 15, 2026. In his advisory capacity, Barkin will continue to support the company's leadership team.
