Datavault AI receives $100M purchase order for tokenization services

September 15, 2026 1:03 PM

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced it has received an initial purchase order for $100 million of its $QEST tokenization services, according to a company press release. The order marks the commercial opening of three platforms: its Information Data Exchange, NILvault, and American Political Exchange.

The three platforms are designed to allow institutions and rights holders to value, list, settle, and hold data and other real-world assets on a single system, using the company's patented Data Vault architecture along with its DataValue and DataScore valuation engines and the NYIAX matching and settlement technology, which Datavault AI acquired on August 18, 2026.

$QEST utility tokens represent access and usage rights to Available Infrastructure's Project Qestrel nationwide edge-AI fleet. The company said the tokenized value of the Project Qestrel program is expected to contribute to 2026 and 2027 revenue, and reaffirmed a target of $200 million in fiscal 2026 revenue. The company noted that conversion of contracted opportunity into recognized revenue is its operating metric going forward.

NILvault applies the company's digital-twin infrastructure to name, image, and likeness rights. Datavault AI's first use case involves a partnership with 21 In Right Inc., the entity managing the name, image, and likeness of Baseball Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente. The commercial opening of NILvault coincided with Roberto Clemente Day across Major League Baseball.

The American Political Exchange platform is designed to apply the same data valuation and matching stack to political data and advertising inventory. The company said the platform is designed to operate within two unanimous Federal Election Commission advisory opinions issued to DataVault Holdings, Inc. on December 15, 2022, which permitted the sale of digital tokens and licensing of patented audio technology to political committees.

"Tokenization by itself does not create a market," said Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI. "We are building infrastructure designed to identify an asset, authenticate it, establish its value, tokenize it and create a pathway to monetize it."

The company noted that the purchase order carries risk of modification, delay, reduction, cancellation, or non-conversion into recognized revenue.
