Hammerhead AI partners with TD Synnex to distribute power software

September 15, 2026 9:02 AM

Hammerhead AI and TD Synnex (NYSE: SNX) announced a distribution agreement naming TD Synnex as a distributor for Hammerhead's Orchestrated RL Control Agents (ORCA) software platform, according to a press release issued Sept. 15, 2026.

Under the agreement, TD Synnex will provide solutions, integration, and resell capability for ORCA through its network of more than 150,000 resellers worldwide. The partnership is being integrated into TD Synnex's existing Destination AI program.

ORCA uses reinforcement learning agents to orchestrate power, cooling, and compute in real time, with the stated goal of allowing data center operators to increase utilization of power already allocated to them. Hammerhead claims the platform can unlock at least 30% more capacity from existing infrastructure. The offering targets neoclouds, AI cloud service providers, AI labs, inference providers, colocation providers, and enterprises.

TD Synnex will position a standardized ORCA SKU that resellers can quote, configure, and deploy for customers seeking to add AI workload capacity without new grid connections. The companies said they plan to expand the partnership with additional SKUs and joint enablement programs over time.

"Power is one of the most critical constraints in today's AI landscape," said Rahul Kar, CEO and Founder of Hammerhead AI. "By partnering with TD Synnex, we can put ORCA in front of the resellers and system integrators who are closest to the customers that need it most."

"Bringing AI solutions to market requires more than access to compute," said Cheryl Day, SVP of New Vendor Acquisition and Global Solutions at TD Synnex. "Solutions like Hammerhead AI's ORCA platform help us give partners more options to address critical infrastructure requirements."

Hammerhead AI is backed by Buoyant Ventures and SE Ventures. TD Synnex is headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, and Fremont, California.
