Lululemon Athletica (NASDAQ: LULU) appointed Heidi O'Neill as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of its board of directors, effective September 8, 2026, according to a company statement.

The board increased its size from 11 to 12 members in connection with O'Neill's appointment. She serves as a Class II director.

With O'Neill assuming the CEO role, Meghan Frank and Andre Maestrini ceased serving as interim co-Chief Executive Officers as of the same date.
