MySize shifts strategy toward defense tech acquisitions
MySize, Inc. (Nasdaq: MYSZ), an Israel-based fashion technology and commerce company, announced a plan to pursue an acquisition-led strategy targeting defense technology businesses, according to a press release dated Sept. 14, 2026.
The company said it intends to evaluate potential acquisition targets based on technology capabilities, commercial activity, customer relationships, growth opportunities, and financial profile. MySize has not established a fixed number, size, or timetable for acquisitions.
"Our objective is to build a defense technology platform over time, rather than pursue a single acquisition in isolation," said Ronen Luzon, Chief Executive Officer of MySize.

The strategy represents a proposed diversification beyond the company's existing operations, which include AI-enabled sizing solutions, e-commerce, second-hand fashion, and brand distribution.
MySize said execution of the strategy depends on satisfactory due diligence, agreement on definitive transaction terms, available capital, and required Nasdaq, corporate, stockholder, and regulatory approvals. The company noted that implementation may require additional financing, including equity or equity-linked financing, which could result in substantial dilution to existing stockholders.
The company added that such financing may not be available on acceptable terms, and there is no assurance that any acquisition will be completed.
