September 10, 2026 8:30 AM

Mint Incorporation Limited (NASDAQ: MIMI) announced that Rice Robotics (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of its majority-owned unit Rice Robotics AGI Holding Limited, has entered into a non-exclusive Framework Cooperation Agreement with Vengine Limited, a Hong Kong-based venture building platform with manufacturing and supply chain resources in the robotics sector.

The agreement establishes a non-binding framework to explore cooperation across product development, manufacturing support, and distribution. Under the manufacturing component, Vengine may use its network to identify and introduce manufacturers capable of supporting mass production of Rice Robotics' product lines. Vengine may also recommend potential customers and channel partners to help Rice Robotics expand into domestic and international markets.

The agreement is non-exclusive, meaning each party may pursue similar arrangements with other partners. It does not commit either party to any transaction and includes no minimum purchase, volume, revenue, or payment obligations. No statement of work has been executed as of the date of the announcement, and the company stated there is no assurance that any such agreement will be reached or that the framework will affect its financial results.

Mint holds an indirect 54% interest in Rice Robotics AGI Holding Limited through its wholly-owned subsidiary Aspiration X Limited and is not itself a party to the agreement.

According to the press release, Vengine has a strategic partnership with VTech Communications Limited, a subsidiary of VTech Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company.
