Helios unit acquires Radio Sound assets, wins Indian Motorcycle deal
Helios Technologies (NYSE: HLIO) announced that its operating company, Enovation Controls, has acquired certain assets of Radio Sound, Inc., including intellectual property and technology, in connection with a new multi-year contract to supply electronics solutions to Indian Motorcycle.
The asset acquisition adds audio system products and design capabilities to Helios' electronics portfolio. Radio Sound's technology includes amp-on-speaker systems, automotive audio bus communication, automatic speaker detection, custom enclosure design, vehicle-to-vehicle communication, and antenna technologies. Helios said it plans to integrate the acquired intellectual property into its Electronics segment.
Indian Motorcycle became a standalone company in February 2026 following its separation from Polaris Inc.

"We are expanding the offerings of our Electronics segment, increasing the value we can provide to an important returning customer, and adding differentiated technology and intellectual property that can be leveraged across our broader customer base," said Sean Bagan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Helios.
Helios' Electronics segment provides electronic control solutions through Enovation Controls, Balboa Water Group, and i3 Product Development across health and wellness, recreational, industrial, mobile, and other applications.
The transaction was structured as a simultaneous sign and close and was described as not financially material. Additional terms were not disclosed.
