September 9, 2026 8:00 AM

Mint Incorporation Limited (NASDAQ: MIMI) announced that its majority-owned joint venture, Rice Robotics AGI Holding Limited, has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Edvance Innovation Limited to establish a distribution partnership targeting the Middle East and North Africa education robotics market.

Under the MOU, Rice Robotics AGI will serve as hardware supplier and education platform provider, while Morocco-based Edvance will act as distributor and curriculum services provider across the MENA region. Edvance has been appointed exclusive distributor of Rice Robotics AGI's products in Morocco, with a non-exclusive arrangement covering the remainder of the MENA region.

The MOU outlines a non-binding commercial goal of deploying 3,000 units of educational robotics hardware across the region over a 36-month period. An initial purchase order of 50 units is targeted for placement by Nov. 30, 2026, subject to final product specifications, sample validation, confirmed pricing, and agreed delivery terms.

Rice Robotics AGI was established through a joint venture between Mint's wholly owned subsidiary Aspiration X Limited and Rice Robotics Holdings Limited in May 2026. The entity focuses on AI-powered robotics solutions and previously co-developed the FLOKI Minibot M1.

The parties intend to negotiate a definitive distribution and education services agreement covering product pricing, platform subscription terms, and service levels. The MOU is non-binding and subject to the execution of definitive agreements and satisfaction of customary conditions.
