Nanox signs New England distribution deal for its ARC imaging system
Nano-X Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Nanox Impact Inc., has entered into a distribution agreement with Associated X-Ray Imaging Corp., a New England-based provider of medical imaging equipment and services, to support deployment of the Nanox.ARC in the region.
Under the agreement, Associated X-Ray Imaging will market, distribute, and support the Nanox.ARC, an FDA-cleared multisource 3D digital tomosynthesis system. The company, founded in 1975, serves hospitals, imaging centers, and specialty clinics across New England with X-ray, MRI, and CT systems.
"Associated X-Ray Imaging brings long-standing customer relationships, strong technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the New England imaging market," said Erez Meltzer, Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chairman of Nanox.
John Olenio, Owner, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Associated X-Ray Imaging Corp., said the Nanox.ARC "offers a compelling approach to 3D imaging that aligns with our focus on providing practical diagnostic solutions supported by reliable service across New England."
The agreement is intended to expand access to the Nanox.ARC in outpatient and community-based clinical settings. Nanox said the deal is part of its broader U.S. channel partner strategy to build a regional distribution network for the device.
