Storm Exploration Inc. (TSXV: STRM) has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement to up to $3.2 million in aggregate gross proceeds, up from a previously announced $2.7 million, citing continued investor demand.

The offering now consists of up to 8,000,000 units priced at $0.40 per unit. The company may pay finder's fees in connection with the offering, subject to TSX Venture Exchange policies.

All other terms remain unchanged from those disclosed in the company's news releases dated August 26, 2026, and September 2, 2026. The offering remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
