SentinelOne (NYSE: S) announced an expansion of its Wayfinder Frontier AI Services, adding new capabilities powered by OpenAI's GPT-5.6-Cyber model through OpenAI's Daybreak Defense Network.

The expanded services introduce two new capability areas: AI-powered code risk analysis and AI-enabled compromise assessment. The code risk analysis offering scans customer repositories for vulnerabilities including OWASP-class flaws, exposed secrets, and supply-chain risks. The compromise assessment capability evaluates telemetry against detection rules to identify posture gaps and potential threats, delivering findings ranked by real-world exploitability.

Both capabilities include malware analysis functions that use AI-assisted disassembly and deobfuscation, with results validated by SentinelOne security analysts before delivery to customers. Outputs include indicators of compromise, MITRE ATT&CK mappings, and recommended detections.

SentinelOne's research arm, SentinelLABS, said internal benchmarks found GPT-5.6-Cyber delivered results in reverse engineering and analysis of military-grade malware samples.

Wayfinder Frontier AI Services is currently generally available. The new capabilities and expanded model lineup are being rolled out in private preview, with broader availability to follow, according to the company.
