WD-40 Company (NASDAQ: WDFC) announced the appointment of Keith Stauffer, 57, as Vice President, Global Finance, effective September 7, 2026, and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 2, 2026.

Current CFO Sara K. Hyzer will remain in her roles as Vice President, Finance, and CFO until November 2, 2026, at which point she will transition to a new position as Division President, Americas.
