Estée Lauder Companies names new brand leadership after retirement

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL) announced several brand leadership appointments following the upcoming retirement of Sandra Main, Global Brand President of La Mer and Skin Care Brands.

Justin Boxford will take on the newly created role of Global President, Luxury Beauty Brands, expanding his portfolio to include La Mer alongside Estée Lauder, AERIN, Darphin Paris, and Lab Series. Boxford previously led La Mer from 2017 to 2022 before taking on leadership of the Estée Lauder brand.

Erica Kwok will be appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Estée Lauder brand. Kwok has more than 20 years of beauty industry experience, including 15 years with the Estée Lauder brand. She joined the global brand team from Asia/Pacific in 2021 and has since led marketing, product development, and global growth functions.

Magalie Parksuwan will continue as Senior Vice President and General Manager of La Mer, reporting to Boxford. She will also take on oversight of Darphin Paris and Lab Series, supporting Pierre-Olivier Garcin, Senior Vice President and General Manager of those brands.
