Globant (NYSE: GLOB) has introduced a MuleSoft AI Pod, a delivery model that combines specialized AI agents with human integration experts to accelerate API-led connectivity for enterprise clients, according to a company statement.

The offering is accessible through Glob.AI, Globant's AI-native technology service model. The MuleSoft AI Pod is available in three configurations — Lean, Scaled and Advanced — designed to support approximately six, up to 12 and up to 24 integration flows or APIs per month, respectively.

Globant said benchmarks from current migration projects, internal pilots and delivery teams indicate the model can deliver up to 80% automation of manual integration tasks, 15–25% faster delivery cycles and 35% greater efficiency in solution design and development. The company also said the approach can help reduce migration timelines from months to weeks.

Each pod is configured based on a customer's integration roadmap and technical environment, with Globant experts overseeing API design, MuleSoft flow development, automated testing, governance and legacy modernization.

Glob.AI, through which the MuleSoft AI Pod is accessible, is currently available through a waitlist. The platform uses output- or consumption-linked pricing rather than per-hour or per-seat models.
