Ollie's Bargain Outlet (OLLI) PT Raised to $124 at RBC Capital
RBC Capital analyst Steven Shemesh raised the price target on Ollie's Bargain Outlet (NASDAQ: OLLI) to $124.00 (from $121.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "Better Than Feared; Established a Fundamental Bottom; OLLI 2Q results were better than feared, which should give investors confidence that the name has found a fundamental bottom. Comp sales accelerated throughout the qtr (and QTD adjusting for flyer/ Labor Day timing), gross margin (ex tariff refunds) held strong, and mgmt has been aggressively buying back shares. Momentum should continue throughout September as OLLI benefits from Labor Day being a week later and cycling the easiest compare of the qtr. Our 3Q/4Q estimates are largely unchanged. For 2026/2027, we now model comp sales -0.1%/+2.0% (+0.1%/+2.0% prior) and adj. EPS $4.58/$4.95 ($4.34/$4.86 prior). Our PT comes up to $124 ($121 prior) based on ~25x our revised 2027 adj. EPS estimate of $4.95."
