BioHarvest Sciences seeks dual listing on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
BioHarvest Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: BHST) has filed to list its shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), the company announced, with trading expected to begin on September 8, 2026.
The company, currently listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE: 8MV0), filed registration documents requesting that all outstanding and potential future shares be registered for dual listing on the TASE. The shares are expected to trade under the symbol BHST.
According to the registration filing, BioHarvest has requested to register 22,667,842 outstanding common shares, up to 4,516,021 common shares available for future issuance under its Equity Incentive Plan, and 610,742 common shares issuable upon exercise of outstanding warrants. Any future issuance and listing of additional shares will require TASE approval.
CEO Dr. Zaki Rakib said in a statement: "As an Israeli-founded company with global ambitions, we believe a dual listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange alongside Nasdaq is a natural step — broadening access to our shares and strengthening our connection with the Israeli investment community."
The company also stated that all future SEC filings will simultaneously be filed through the MAGNA Disclosure System. BioHarvest is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, with operations in Rehovot, Israel.
