Hershey names Dave Hulays as its new chief financial officer
The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY) named Dave Hulays as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 2, 2026, succeeding Steve Voskuil, who announced plans to retire in early 2027.
Hulays most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance at Hershey. He joined the company in 2012 as VP Finance, Canada, and has since held roles spanning the U.S. and International businesses, Global Supply Chain, M&A, Corporate FP&A, Finance Strategy, Global Tax and Treasury, and Enterprise Transformation. Before joining Hershey, he spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble in commercial, supply chain, strategy, and global business development roles across North American and International operations.
Voskuil, who led Hershey's finance organization for seven years, will transition to the role of SVP, Strategic Projects, focusing on CEO and Board initiatives while supporting the leadership handover.
Kirk Tanner, President and CEO of The Hershey Company, attributed the appointment to Hulays's experience across the company's operations. "He leads with rigor, accountability and courage," Tanner said in a statement.
Hulays holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada.
