ibex opens new customer service center in Cairo, Egypt
ibex (Nasdaq: IBEX) announced the opening of a new service delivery center in Cairo, Egypt, marking the company's entry into the Egyptian market, according to a press release issued Sept. 2, 2026.
The facility is located in the City Stars complex in Nasr City, Cairo, and is expected to begin operations in October. The company said it plans to scale the center to 1,000 employees within the first nine months of operation.
Hiring is underway for customer service representatives, front-line managers, team leaders, quality analysts, and support staff. The center will serve clients in the HealthTech, Technology, and Retail sectors.
The facility will include training rooms, a cafeteria, prayer room, data rooms, and an administrative suite. ibex said the Cairo center will operate under its existing security and compliance certifications, including ISO 42001 and 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS.
