Everspin Technologies (NASDAQ: MRAM) and Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors, a unit of Teledyne Technologies (NYSE: TDY), have announced a partnership to make Everspin's PERSYST spin-transfer torque MRAM available through Teledyne HiRel's memory product portfolio for aerospace and defense customers.

The collaboration will initially focus on Everspin's 256Mb PERSYST STT-MRAM, a non-volatile memory that retains data through power loss and system resets while offering RAM-like write speeds. The agreement also covers 64Mb and 128Mb PERSYST variants. Target applications include avionics, radar, electronic warfare payloads, satellite electronics, VPX platforms, single-board computers and autonomous systems.

Teledyne HiRel will support the product line with screening, qualification documentation, procurement assistance and obsolescence management. Products will ship from Teledyne HiRel's facility in Milpitas, California, with customer availability expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
