Storm Exploration Inc. (TSXV: STRM) has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement from $2,000,000 to $2,700,000, according to a press release dated September 2, 2026.

The offering now consists of up to 6,750,000 units priced at $0.40 per unit. The company cited increased investor demand as the reason for the upsize.

Storm Exploration may pay finder's fees in connection with the offering, subject to TSX Venture Exchange policies. All other terms remain unchanged from those disclosed in the company's August 26, 2026 news release. The offering remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
