Lodestar Metals signs $75,000 investor relations deal with NIA

Lodestar Metals Corp. (TSXV: LSTR) (OTCQB: SVTNF) has entered into an investor relations agreement with GRA Enterprises LLC, operating as National Inflation Association (NIA), according to a company statement.

Under the agreement, Lodestar will pay NIA a total of $75,000, structured across three payments: $50,000 due Aug. 21, 2026, $15,000 due Sept. 17, 2026, and $10,000 due Oct. 17, 2026.

The agreement runs for an initial six-month term through Feb. 18, 2027. Lodestar holds options to renew for three months at $50,000, six months at $75,000, or one year at $100,000.

NIA will distribute content about Lodestar and its Goldrun Project through its Inflation.us email lists, website, and blog. The services are expected to be delivered by Gerard Adams, NIA's president. NIA and Adams hold no interest in Lodestar's securities and are not related parties to the company.

Separately, Lodestar confirmed the termination of its digital marketing agreement with Straight Edge Marketing Inc., operating as InvestorHyve, which no longer provides services to the company.

Lodestar is a Canadian gold exploration company focused on the Goldrun Project in Nevada.
