CleanCore Solutions, Inc. has completed its corporate name change to Zone Frontier Inc., the Houston-based company announced Sept. 1, 2026. The company's common stock continues to trade on NYSE American under the ticker symbol ZONE.

The name change does not affect stockholder rights, and the CUSIP number remains unchanged. Existing stock certificates and book-entry positions remain valid, and no action is required by stockholders.

"Zone Frontier represents the company we are building and the opportunity ahead of us," said Tyler Hassen, Chief Executive Officer. "As AI continues to reshape the global economy, the availability of land, power and infrastructure is becoming increasingly important. Zone is focused on developing the data center campuses and infrastructure needed to help meet this demand."

The company's current projects include a data center campus in Minnesota operating under an initial 10-year Colocation Services Agreement with Cerebras Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBRS), with two 10-year potential extension options. In partnership with HST Technologies, Inc., Zone Frontier is also developing a data center campus in West Texas with the potential to exceed 500 MW. The company said it is evaluating additional development opportunities in rural and industrial areas across the United States.
