Rezolve Ai posts $130.8M in H1 revenue, net loss widens to $139.5M
Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) reported revenue of $130.8 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, a 1,970% increase from $6.3 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a company press release. The figure represents nearly three times the company's total revenue for fiscal year 2025.
Gross profit for the period reached $63.9 million, compared with $6.0 million in H1 2025, with a gross margin of 48.9%. The company reported a net loss of $139.5 million, widening from $57.9 million in H1 2025. The operating loss was $128.1 million, which the company said was materially affected by $67.5 million in non-cash charges, including $41.5 million in share-based compensation, $20.4 million in depreciation and amortization, and $5.6 million in impairment charges. Net cash used in operating activities was $96.1 million.
During H1, Rezolve raised approximately $250 million in gross equity capital. At June 30, 2026, the company held $33.2 million in cash and cash equivalents and $67.4 million in restricted cash.
The company's customer base grew to more than 1,640, up from more than 950 at year-end 2025. Distribution partnerships with Microsoft, Google, Tata Consultancy Services and Tech Mahindra remain active.
Google selected Rezolve's proprietary distributed database technology for deployment within Google Cloud, covering approximately 100 terabytes of data across ten blockchain networks, the company said.
Rezolve reaffirmed its full-year FY2026 revenue guidance of approximately $360 million, implying second-half revenue of approximately $229 million. The company also maintained a target of at least $500 million in annual recurring revenue as it exits the year.
