Invesco names Marty Franc to lead Asia Pacific as Andrew Lo retires
Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) announced that Andrew Lo, Senior Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific, will retire on March 31, 2027, after 32 years with the firm.
Marty Franc will succeed Lo as Senior Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific, transitioning into the role during the first quarter of 2027. Franc will remain based in Hong Kong.
Following his retirement, Lo will serve as Chairman Emeritus, Asia Pacific, continuing to represent Invesco on the boards of its China and India joint ventures and providing strategic counsel to regional and global leadership.
Franc has more than 30 years of asset management experience, including 13 years with Invesco. In his current role, he has overseen several key businesses across Asia for Invesco, including Australia, Greater China, Southeast Asian markets, and the firm's institutional client strategy.

Invesco reported $2.5 trillion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026, and serves clients in more than 120 countries.
