Dutch Bros declines to raise bid for Salad and Go locations
Dutch Bros Inc. (NYSE: BROS) announced it will not increase its offer for the previously disclosed acquisition of up to 65 Salad and Go locations across Arizona, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas.
The company said it remains engaged in the process and will continue to evaluate whether the total investment provides an appropriate return. Christine Barone, Chief Executive Officer and President of Dutch Bros, said in a statement: "We've always been disciplined in how we allocate capital. While we have chosen not to increase our original offer, we remain engaged in the process and will continue to evaluate opportunities where the total investment provides the appropriate return."
Barone also reaffirmed the company's expansion target, stating Dutch Bros remains "highly confident" in its path to 2,029 shops by 2029. As of June 30, 2026, the company operates 1,225 locations.
