AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR) announced that Sanjay Sood has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer, effective Aug. 31, 2026.

Sood will oversee AAR's technology organization, covering enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and AI initiatives. He will report to Chairman, President and CEO John M. Holmes.

Sood most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at CDW, where he modernized platforms, data architecture, and AI initiatives and managed the technical integration of multiple acquisitions. Before CDW, he held senior technology and product leadership roles at HERE Technologies, YP (formerly AT&T Interactive), AllVoices, and BuzzLabs.

Sood holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Communication Studies from Northwestern University.

"Sanjay brings a unique combination of significant experience in large-scale information technology leadership, infrastructure modernization, and AI technology implementation," Holmes said.

AAR is headquartered in Wood Dale, Ill., and operates in more than 20 countries, serving commercial and government customers through parts supply, repair and engineering, and government solutions segments.
