Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM) announced that its board of directors appointed Steve Bratspies to the Management Planning and Development Committee, effective Aug. 27, 2026.

Bratspies was initially appointed to the Yum! Brands board on Aug. 20, 2026, at which time he had not been assigned to any standing committees.
