August 28, 2026 7:57 AM

Core AI Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHAI) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $22.4 million, a 56% increase from $14.3 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a company press release. The revenue growth was attributed to higher advertising income from the company's mobile games following optimization of advertising placements and user acquisition strategies.

Gross loss narrowed by 97% to approximately $11,000 in Q2 2026, compared to a gross loss of $397,000 in Q2 2025. The cost of providing services rose 52% year-over-year to $22.4 million during the quarter.

Net loss widened to $1.6 million in Q2 2026 from $758,000 in the year-earlier period. For the first six months of 2026, revenue totaled $26.1 million, down from $28.9 million in the first half of 2025, with the company citing lower Q1 revenue tied to reduced advertising activity. The six-month gross loss was $3.1 million, compared to $626,000 in the prior-year period.

Operating cash flow for the first six months of 2026 was $5.5 million, compared to $2.4 million used in operating activities in the same period of 2025. Cash and cash equivalents rose to $12.0 million as of June 30, 2026, from $1.9 million at December 31, 2025. The company received approximately $4.6 million in net proceeds from a private placement during the period.

During the first half of 2026, Core AI entered into four joint venture agreements focused on developing high-performance computing and AI data centers, along with a memorandum of understanding to pursue data center opportunities in Malaysia. The company cautioned that these arrangements remain in early stages, that no projects had been presented to the joint ventures for approval as of June 30, 2026, and that no financing commitments had been secured.

"Our second quarter demonstrated meaningful progress in both revenue growth and operating efficiency," said Chief Executive Officer Aitan Zacharin.
