Autodesk (ADSK) Reiterated at Buy by Stifel After Q2 Top and Bottom-Line Beats

Stifel analyst Adam Borg reiterated a Buy rating and $285.00 price target on Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK).

The analyst commented, "Lots of moving parts to Autodesk's F2Q27 print:(+) F2Q27 results: Autodesk beat all top-line and bottom-line metrics across the board(+/=) FY27 guidance: FY27 billings and revenue guidance goes up both organically beyond the beat (due to underlying business momentum) and inorganically (from MaintainX), with the midpoint of FCF guidance going down (-1%) as Autodesk absorbs most MaintainX expenses(+/=) GTM Changes: The impact from GTM changes are playing out as expected with continued improvements to come(+) Traction in focus areas: Ongoing traction with ACC, Fusion, etc.(=) Macro: Macro and the demand environment remains unchanged(-) Noise in RPO/cRPO: RPO/cRPO decelerated due to intentional changes around multi-year discounts and multi-year contracts (and would have seen more consistent results without these changes)(-/=) Reporting changes: With MaintainX in the fold, Autodesk is eliminating Design/Make segment disclosures and modifying Product Family disclosures.
