FiscalNote sells FrontierView unit to Oxford Economics

August 28, 2026 7:01 AM

FiscalNote Holdings (OTCID: NOTE) has completed the sale of its FrontierView market intelligence business to Oxford Economics, according to a press release from the company.

The divestiture prompted FiscalNote to revise its full-year 2026 financial guidance to exclude FrontierView's results from the closing date. The company now expects full-year 2026 revenue of $74 million to $76 million and adjusted EBITDA of $8 million to $10 million. FiscalNote stated the revision does not reflect any change in its outlook for its core policy business.

Following the transaction, FiscalNote said it will concentrate resources on its PolicyNote platform, which delivers legislative, regulatory, and policy intelligence, supported by its CQ and Roll Call brands.

"FrontierView is a strong business with a talented team, and Oxford Economics is the right home for this team and their clients," said Key Compton, President and Chief Executive Officer of FiscalNote. "For FiscalNote, this sale reflects the discipline we're applying across the company which is focused on an operating model built around the proprietary policy and regulatory intelligence our customers can't get anywhere else."

Oxford Economics describes itself as an independent economic advisory firm covering more than 200 countries, 100 industrial sectors, and 8,000 cities and regions.
