Dollar General Corporation (NYSE: DG) announced that Rhonda Taylor, the company's Executive Vice President and General Counsel, plans to retire after more than 26 years with the company.

Taylor will remain in her current role through December 6, 2026, then transition to a senior advisory position through at least April 2, 2027. Kelly Collier, currently Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Business Law, will succeed Taylor as EVP and General Counsel effective December 7, 2026.

Taylor joined Dollar General in 2000 as an employment attorney and was named EVP and General Counsel in 2015. Her responsibilities expanded over time to include global compliance, internal audit, risk management, public policy and government affairs, public relations, and corporate social responsibility.

Collier joined Dollar General in 2009 as a Senior Attorney. In her current role, she oversees regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, business litigation, customs, intellectual property, and global compliance teams. Before joining Dollar General, she practiced commercial litigation at Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville.
