Rubrik adds ex-Bank Leumi CEO to its board of directors
Rubrik, Inc. (NYSE: RBRK) has appointed Rakefet Russak-Aminoach to its board of directors, the company announced in a press release.
Russak-Aminoach currently serves as a Managing Partner at Team8, a venture group focused on building and investing in companies. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank Leumi from 2012 to 2019, where she oversaw a digital transformation of the Israeli bank.
During her tenure at Bank Leumi, the bank launched Pepper, described as Israel's first mobile-only bank, and established LeumiTech, a banking platform for high-tech enterprises. Her leadership at the bank became the subject of a 2019 Harvard Business School case study titled Leading Bank Leumi into the Future.
Russak-Aminoach holds an LL.B., an MBA in Finance and Insurance, and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
